Michele Loew and Arjun Bruggeman will guide us on an enlightening journey into the liminal space and beyond through the deeply meditative, restorative, and explorative practice of yoga nidra, meditation, and sound. This course is open to all that need healing, restoration, want to expand consciousness, and gain insight into clearlight reality.
