Niguma Yoga Retreat

Lago D’Orta, Italy - June 22-28, 2024
With Kalu Rinpoche & Michele Loew

Join us for an intimate week of embodied practice as we dive deeper into how to safely and purposefully practice Niguma Yoga and the complimentary Hatha Yoga preparatory postures.

H.E. Kalu Rinpoche will teach, in the most accessible way to all levels, the Niguma Series of yoga poses, Meditation, Illusory Body Yoga, and Dream Yoga. This is a chance to learn from the lineage master and receive his personal insight, some dharma talks, and meditations.

Michele will guide the morning Hatha Yoga stretching and strengthening sessions to be able to access the Niguma series more readily. She will also share evening Yoga Nidra sleep meditations to support our healing and transformational journey together.

This is a week of understanding the body as an essential pathway to awakening and happiness. It is receiving the gift of a sustainable daily lineage based practice. And it is a week of making long-lasting friends, being nurtured with gourmet vegetarian Italian food, surrounding oneself with nature, hiking, relaxing, and recovery, in this Italian lake village countryside setting.
