Menla, New York - December 18-21st, 2026
With Michele Loew

Join us for this 3 night retreat on the practice of Yoga Nidra (enlightened sleep) and the sister sciences of Tibetan Dream Yoga and Clearlight Sleep Yoga.

Michele will share inspiring talks and a Yoga Nidra practice at each session to take us into deep meditative mode to heal, relax, and restore. Whether you are needing deep rest and healing or are looking to expand your knowledge on this inner science (regardless of whether it’s for your own curiosity and growth or to share Yoga Nidras with others), this course will be of great benefit.

About Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is the practice of enlightened sleep, and is performed lying down in 30-45 minute practice sessions. One session of Yoga Nidra can bring the same rest as 4 hours of sleep.

Practitioners of Yoga Nidra improve their sleep, dreams and dream yoga abilities, have profound meditative insights, while healing the physical, emotional, and mental layers of the body.
