Koh Samui, Thailand - Nov 28- Dec 5th, 2026
With Michele Loew
Escape to the beautiful island of Koh Samui, Thailand.
Join me for a 7-night retreat at Samahita exploring the sister inner sciences of Hatha Yoga and Vajrayana Buddhism.
Each day begins with meditation, breathwork, and dynamic morning practices drawn from both Hatha and Buddhist Yoga traditions. In the afternoons, we’ll dive into dharma teachings, the subtle body sequences of Niguma Yoga, and restorative, dream, and nidra yoga practices designed to balance and awaken the deeper currents of body, heart, and mind.
Between classes there is plenty of time to receive healing massage therapy, enjoy time on the gorgeous beaches, rejuvenate in Samahita’s dedicated wellness center, retreat spaces, swimming pool, herbal steam, and immerse in local Thai culture and temples.
Come immerse yourself in the union of Vajra and Hatha Yoga… where strength meets stillness, and wisdom flows through embodied practice. Reserve your place and step into a transformative week of awakening by the sea.
