Join Michele for an amazing opportunity to elevate your teaching. This course is also available for those that haven’t taken a 200 hr as we will build from the ground up. But we will expand into deeper teachings in Philosophy, sequencing, pranayama, meditation, yoga therapy and advanced asana that we don’t cover in a 300. This course also includes my 100 hr Yoga Nidra course. It can also be taken entirely online, but attending as many of the in-person weekends is highly recommended.
