Module 2 of the 2026 100 HR Yoga Nidra Training: “The Enlightened Mind, Yoga Nidra for Clarity and Wisdom”. We will learn how Yoga Nidra supports the mind to bring clarity and freedom from our emotions such as anger and craving. Focus will be on the Manomaya Kosha.. The sheath of the mind. Learn how to find freedom from emotions that cause harm and keep us on the wheel of conditioned existence. We will also look at trauma informed care and types of meditation and yoga nidra that work for different states of mind and mental illness as well.
